We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).
THPTG will verify your insurance benefits for physical therapy services prior to your arrival.
Out-of-Network
If you are out-of-network, we offer a self-pay option for services. If you contact our office, we can provide you with a superbill at the end of the month to submit to your insurance.
